FORGED WHEELS RETURNS POLICY
14 days Returns accepted on Custom FORGED ALLOY WHEELS however the customer is liable for all shipping costs incurred by Immaculate Wheels also responsible for shipping and insurance costs back to manufacturer you will require an authorised return Reference obtained by contacting Immaculate Wheels
WE CAN REPLACE IF FOUND FAULTY ON DELIVERY - This will be carried out with no change to the customer - Contact Immaculate Wheels for Exchange Process, Alloy Wheels must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging this includes all accessories if applicable
Any damaged Alloy Wheels rejected on delivery will be refunded or exchanged at sellers discretion with previous contact made and agreement with the seller and buyer
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Once the Alloy Wheels have been fitted to the car we will not accept goods and cannot be returned for refund or an exchange
Once Tyres have been fitted to the Alloy Wheels we will not accept returns as these have been fitted by the buyer therefore excludes returns policy and liability is with the buyer
To complete your return, email email@example.com we will require a receipt or proof of purchase along with details on why you want to return the product
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without authorisation number obtained by contacting Immaculate Wheels

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within usually 5 days after receiving goods back at manufacturer there may be instances that the refund may take longer to process dependant on bank for which we have no control, Proof for Refund from Immaculate Wheels will be sent to you via email

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on email@example.com so we can arranged an exchange
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. (unless faulty goods received then no cost to customer)
